Let’s connect

Empathize

The first stage of the design thinking process focuses on user-centric research. You want to gain an empathic understanding of the problem you are trying to solve.

In the second stage, you’ll analyze your observations to define the core problems you and your team have identified up to this point in a human-centered manner.

Ideate

With this solid background in the empathize and define stage, we can start to look at the problem from different perspectives and ideate innovative solutions to your problem statement.

Prototype

Identify the best solution for each of the problems identified during the first three stages. Then they're implemented in prototypes and then accepted, improved or rejected based on the users’ experiences.

Noah Woodward about image

Who am I?

I'm a designer and I like to create user-centered designs.

I work on the Core team at Truist as an Experience Designer. I research other apps to discover innovative designs across future and existing experiences. Then I get to translate that data into compelling visual stories about people and the product they want and need.

My skill set is broad and ranges from creating initial concept sketches, user flows, and prototypes to final visual design.
